본 약관은 주식회사 와이브로드(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 원격 기기 관리 서비스 "와이리모트"(이하 "서비스")의 이용조건 및 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
이용계약은 이용자가 회원가입 절차를 완료하거나, 회사가 제공하는 체험 기능(30분 무료 체험 등)을 이용함으로써 성립됩니다.
서비스 요금제는 일일권, 월 구독, 연 구독으로 구분되며 세부 요금은 요금안내 페이지에 따릅니다. 요금은 사전 고지 없이 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 홈페이지를 통해 공지합니다. 결제 및 환불에 관한 세부 절차는 별도 안내에 따릅니다.
회사는 이용자가 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우 사전 통지 없이 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
회사는 안정적인 서비스 제공을 위해 노력하며, 서비스 장애 발생 시 이를 신속히 복구하도록 합니다.
이용자는 본인의 계정 정보를 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있으며, 계정 정보 유출로 인한 피해에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
회사는 천재지변, 통신장애 등 불가항력적 사유로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이용자가 원격 제어한 기기 자체의 오작동이나 손상에 대해서는 회사의 고의·중과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
본 약관과 관련된 분쟁은 대한민국 법령에 따르며, 관할 법원은 민사소송법에 따른 법원으로 합니다.
본 약관은 2026년 7월 5일부터 시행합니다.

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the remote device management service "Y-remote" (hereinafter "Service") provided by YBROAD Inc. (hereinafter "Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.
The service agreement is established when a user completes the registration process or uses a trial feature provided by the Company (such as the 30-minute free trial).
Service plans include a day pass, monthly subscription, and annual subscription. Detailed pricing is listed on the pricing page. Prices may change with prior notice published on the website. Payment and refund procedures follow separate guidelines.
The Company may restrict or terminate service without prior notice if a user:
The Company will endeavor to provide stable service and restore service promptly in the event of a disruption.
Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure. The Company is not liable for damages resulting from credential exposure caused by the user.
The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or communication failures. The Company is not liable for device malfunctions or damage resulting from remote control actions, unless caused by the Company's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Disputes arising from these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and jurisdiction follows the Code of Civil Procedure.
These Terms take effect on July 5, 2026.
