본 계약은 귀하(이하 "사용자")와 주식회사 와이브로드(이하 "회사")간에 회사가 제공하는 와이리모트 Agent 소프트웨어(이하 "소프트웨어")의 사용에 관하여 체결하는 법적 계약입니다. 이용 전 아래 내용을 주의 깊게 읽어주시기 바랍니다.
본 계약은 회사가 제공하는 소프트웨어 및 관련 서비스의 이용 조건을 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.
1. 회사는 사용자가 구매한 소프트웨어에 대하여 비독점적이며 양도 불가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다.
2. 본 라이선스는 소프트웨어가 최초로 설치된 셋탑박스에 종속되며, 다른 셋탑박스나 기기로 이전할 수 없습니다.
1. 사용자는 최초로 설치된 셋탑박스에서만 소프트웨어를 사용할 수 있으며, 다른 기기에서는 사용할 수 없습니다.
2. 사용자는 소프트웨어를 수정, 역설계, 디컴파일 또는 역어셈블 할 수 없습니다.
1. 소프트웨어에 대한 모든 지식재산권은 회사에 귀속되며, 본 계약에서 부여하는 라이선스 외에 사용자에게 어떠한 권리도 부여되지 않습니다.
2. 사용자는 소프트웨어 및 관련 문서의 사본을 제작하거나 배포할 수 없습니다.
1. 사용자가 본 계약의 조건을 위반하는 경우, 회사는 라이선스를 해지할 수 있습니다.
2. 계약 해지 시 사용자는 소프트웨어의 모든 사본을 삭제하여야 합니다.
1. 회사는 소프트웨어의 사용으로 인해 발생하는 직접적, 간접적 또는 부수적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
2. 회사의 총 책임 범위는 사용자가 소프트웨어에 대해 지급한 금액을 한도로 합니다.
1. 본 계약은 대한민국 법률에 따라 규율됩니다.
2. 본 계약의 일부가 무효로 판단되는 경우에도 나머지 조항의 효력에는 영향을 미치지 않습니다.

This agreement is a legal contract between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and YBROAD Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), governing the use of the Y-remote Agent software (hereinafter referred to as "Software") provided by the Company. Please read this agreement carefully.
The purpose of this agreement is to define the conditions for using the Software and services provided by the Company.
1. The Company grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software purchased by the User.
2. This license is tied to the set-top box where the Software is initially installed and cannot be transferred to another set-top box or device.
1. The User may use the Software only on the initially installed set-top box and cannot use it on other devices.
2. The User shall not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
1. All intellectual property rights in the Software belong to the Company, and no rights are granted to the User except for the license provided in this agreement.
2. The User shall not make or distribute copies of the Software and related documentation.
1. The Company may terminate the license if the User violates any conditions of this agreement.
2. Upon termination, the User must destroy all copies of the Software.
1. The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the Software.
2. The Company's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the Software.
1. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
